1 Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the hbaee website (https://hbaee.cam) and all services under it. hbaee is an online gaming platform that provides slots, live casino, cricket betting and various casino games for users in Bangladesh.

3 Eligibility and Age Requirement

hbaee is for adults only. You may not use this platform if you do not meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 21 years of age or older ("for persons aged 21 and above only").
• You must be a voluntary participant.
• If you have registered on a self-exclusion list, you are not eligible to use the service.

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times (bonus amount × 25).
• Withdrawals cannot be made while a bonus is active.
• More than one welcome bonus from the same person, household or IP address is not accepted.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• All bonus offers have their own validity period and wagering requirements — see the offer details.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn; only winnings earned from a bonus are eligible for withdrawal.

5.3 VIP Program

6 Gameplay and Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when using all games and betting services available on hbaee:

• Each game is governed by its own rules. It is the member's responsibility to read the rules before starting a game.
• Cricket betting settlements will be based on official results. In disputed cases, hbaee's decision is final.
